How do we get from the beach to the parasail boat?
A Banana Boat comes within a few feet of the shore and shuttles passengers back and
forth between the beach and the boat. You will get wet on the Banana Boat, so dress
appropriately. Most people just wear their bathing suit.
My friend and I want to parasail, but he is quite heavy. Is it safe for us to
parasail together?
Our parasail boats are capable of towing up to 450 pounds total, depending on current
wind conditions. We can even fly three people!
Do we take off from the boat or from the water?
You will take-off from and land on the platform deck on the boat.
I want to take my 5 year old child parasailing. Will I be able to take her with
me?
Absolutely! You and your child will each be fitted with a life vest and adjustable harness
prior to the ride, and your child will sit directly beside you while in the air.
My 75 year old grandmother is quite the adventurer. Is she too old to parasail?
You are never too old to parasail! We recently had a 91 year old gentleman parasail.
Can I get a picture of me parasailing?
Yes! Bob's WaterSports offers a complete photo package including digital images from
launch to landing of your exciting North Myrtle Beach parasail experience. Photo CD
included in package.
I am only about 3 months pregnant? Can I parasail?
Sorry, but our insurance won't allow it. In fact, you can't even go along as an observer on
the boat. Can you come back in a year?
